Facial reflexology is like a cosmetic facial but with so many more benefits. As well as using the same techniques as foot and hand reflexology, I also use Gua Sha, alongside hot towels, cleanser and a selection of organic oils and elixir from which you can choose. Facial reflexology has a powerful impact as it is working close to the brain and cranial nerves and promotes collagen production. Clients feel deeply relaxed and enjoy a glowing complexion afterwards. The face looks firmer yet more relaxed, awake and more youthful.
